For some, fitness is a pursuit of aesthetics. And a younger Tyler Bramlett might share that perspective.

But a bike accident and multiple knee surgeries shifted his focus towards the simple ability to move, function and be independent. What began as a pursuit of aesthetics became a deeper commitment to health, recovery, and resilience.

Fitness in Tyler’s life transformed from muscle building to a lifelong practice of patience, gratitude, and self-love. And he shares those lessons to help others.

From Tyler Bramlett

“Fitness is supposed to be to maintain what your body can do.”

“Every time I try to go just back to what I was doing, it was the patience and doing the right steps in the right order that got me to go way further than I thought I could.”

“A minute a day is six hours a year.”
