Christopher Maher is a former Navy SEAL. His story is about his own healing journey.

The challenges of Navy SEAL training are formidable. For Christopher it included a mistaken epilepsy diagnosis which nearly derailed his SEAL training, physical injuries and hypothermia. He was determined to succeed. And he did.

But the combination of latent childhood trauma and Navy SEAL training eventually took its toll on his body and psych . For answers, Christopher turned to alternative medicine and holistic health practices, experimenting with modalities ranging from acupuncture to the Korean Eight Body Type Diet and everything in between. As his body responded, his health improved. But Christoper was still driven to understand his underlying struggles and how they impacted his health.

Chris’ personal journey led to a book Free For Life and a new life direction helping others find their path to true wellness. From Amazon:

“His True Body Intelligence system is a suite of whole-istic subtractive methodologies specifically designed to restore balance to the emotions, body, brain, and nervous system. The systems within True Body Intelligence assist in reintegrating every aspect of your being to offer real, permanent solutions for root causes, not bandages for symptoms.”

Chris’ journey is all our journeys. Come listen in to a story filled with hard earned health wisdom.

“The answers lie within, and yet it can be a really long path until you figure out what it is that’s driving you.”

“I always wanted to know why. Why has always been a big driver for me.”

“When the body’s running right, my mind is running right.”

“If we can supplement for deficiency, that’s going to support your strength.”

“I realized he was right. I was being an athlete because it was connected to my identity as a person, and it had nothing to do with who I really was.”
